Invited out Stateside by Paulos, Brooke & Sammi for a bit of fishing - not just sharks - but it's a good blog title! I've really been looking forward to this - to the beach - the first target had to be a shark!
I'm going to try and do a (very) quick catch report as I go along...

Big storm as I write this - but I wonder what tomorrow will bring?
Awesome, and from the shore too? How far out are you casting? within swimming distance I bet?! Have a great trip.
ReplyDeleteWe started casting over the breakers but the sharks kept swimming through the line - we kept making shorter and shorter casts until we started catching in about knee-deep water!
DeleteNice change of scenery Brian !! cracking looking forward to the reports !!
ReplyDeleteDoes make a change from the Small River, couldn’t be more different! More to follow (I hope)…
DeleteThat does look like fun.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant fun - those sharks really do pull!
DeleteNo barbel … haha .. enjoy it I think you deserve it ..
ReplyDeleteRed Drum - the barbel of the sea. Except they don’t eat bread :-)
