Not a great week for barbel - but who cares - any week that includes a big pike (even if not targeted) is a fantastic week in my book!!

| Tue 17th: | 1 chub - EEK! | 1½ hours |
| Wed 18th: | 1 barbel / 4 chub | 1½ hours |
| Thur 19th: | 3 chub | 1½ hours |
Wouldn't have thought I'd be struggling to reach 50 Wye barbel before pike-time. At the start of the season I thought 200 was on the cards...
I'd love to fish every day. Even for just 90 mins. Lucky lucky man!!
