Back To Barbel


While Jack & Bob took over the blog last week I managed a couple of afternoons on the river - banking 4 chub and seven barbel - including this chunky 11lb 0oz double - great stuff! Twenty barbel to go...

      Cheers, they’re getting their winter colour and shape. A thousand is in sight - but I’m not counting my chickens just yet!!

      I wish I had counted the chub - or at least the 2lb+ ones. Cheers, beautiful barbel - always love a double!
